In the spring of 2026, Bengale hosted Peloton for the production of its French Riviera Series, a series of fitness and outdoor sports content filmed on the French Riviera.
5 days of filming, 7 locations, a crew of 40 people. From Cap Taillat to the Estérel Mountains, via Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël: the sea, red rocks, and coastal trails—a different setting and different challenges every day.
Our role: everything needed to ensure that a foreign production can film smoothly in the South. Location scouting, obtaining permits from the Fréjus City Hall, the Conservatoire du littoral, and the Estérel Regional Nature Park; recruiting local camera and technical crews; safety, logistics, accommodations, and budget management.
To ensure the sports scenes looked realistic, each session was filmed in a single take using tracking shots, with equipment tailored to each location: an electric ATV rigged for off-road areas, a car tracking shot on coastal roads, a rigged three-wheeler in the city, and a drone for aerial views. Each filming location was marked off and secured in advance.
In protected natural areas—some of which are accessible only on foot—the challenge was twofold: to comply with strict requirements and meet a tight schedule, all while keeping the production moving at a steady pace.
