In 2023, Bengale was selected for a major challenge: to create the captivating visual identity and stunning launch film to announce the first-ever Esports World Cup to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2024. We had just three weeks to produce a remarkable opening video, as well as design all the visuals to dress the 360-degree LED screens of a prestigious conference where Christiano Ronaldo and Gianni Infantino shared their visions of the future of video gaming. From conception to broadcast, we drew inspiration from the codes of gaming and its history, to propose a graphic and retro-futuristic concept. Every element was meticulously created in 3D, creating an immersive and striking visual experience for this groundbreaking event, making this first Esports World Cup an unforgettable moment right from the start.
